Join us for a cleanup along the wooded trail area of Sycamore Park. Volunteers will help remove trash, litter, and debris throughout the trail corridor to keep this well-used natural area clean, safe, and welcoming. This is a simple, family-friendly activity and a great way to spend time outdoors while making a direct impact on the park.
Responsibilities
• Pick up
trash and debris along the wooded trail
• Assist with light raking in areas where debris has collected
• Help identify any larger items or concerns that should be reported to staff
• Work together to keep the trail accessible for park users
What to Bring
• Work
gloves
• A rake if you have one
• Closed-toe shoes and weather-appropriate clothing
• A reusable water bottle
Meeting Location
Meet at 10:30 am on Sunday 12/7 at either:
• The northeast entrance via the trail along the railroad tracks
or
• The end of the lower parking lot of Ridgewood Trails Apartments
