Join us for a rewarding day outdoors as we work together to remove invasive plants from our parks and natural areas. Under the guidance of a workday leader or parks staff, volunteers will help control species such as honeysuckle and buckthorn. Activities may include hand-pulling, cutting, digging roots with shovels, or assisting with safe herbicide application.
This hands-on effort improves habitat for native plants and wildlife, enhances biodiversity, and helps keep our park ecosystems healthy and resilient.
