Help protect native wildflowers and restore woodland health by volunteering for a garlic mustard pull at Heritage Sanctuary on Saturday, May 10, from 9–11 a.m. This hands-on conservation effort focuses on removing garlic mustard, an aggressive invasive plant threatening the sanctuary’s spring wildflower display, including its iconic trilliums. Volunteers will work off-trail alongside a Madison Parks staff member, contributing to meaningful habitat restoration. It’s a great way to spend a spring morning outdoors while making a real environmental impact.
