First Annual Yahara River Cleanup – On the Rocks & On the Bottom
Join us for the First Annual Yahara River Cleanup, a unique effort to remove trash both on the rocks and from the river bottom! We’re looking for dedicated volunteers to help restore and protect this important waterway.
How You Can Help:
- Pickers – Collect litter along the riverbanks and rocky areas.
- Swimmers & Divers – Help retrieve debris from beneath the water’s surface (wetsuits recommended).
- Support Crew – Assist with organizing collected trash and ensuring proper disposal.
